Sara with the biscuits and bags, their company logo, and the
NEBS 2002 Local Business Award |
Showing her creative
side, Sara dreams up all the biscuit recipes and names. Lucky
pooches can try out these delectable treats: Say Cheese Twists,
Itty Bitty Cheese, Peamutty Barks, Itty Bitty Barks, Veggie Wedgies,
Itty Bitty Veggie, Yabba D'Apple Doo, Itty Bitty Apple, and Hot
Dog! bones.
Marketing is done through t-shirts that were designed by an up-and-coming
cartoonist currently attending college. Three designs are currently
available: "Never pass up the opportunity to go for a joy
ride", "Some days you're the dog, some days you're
the fire hydrant", "Tail Spin n. a state of panic or
confusion".
There are many dog biscuit companies springing up these days,
so what makes The Barking Biscuit Company so unique? They've
been in business over five years, expanding slowly and building
up a solid reputation with two-legged and four-legged fans. Their
ideas are original and their biscuits are so good that some people
even eat them! This little company has gone a long way.
Check out the Web site for some more details.
As Sara says: "Thanks for your time, and have a howlin'
good day!"
All the best to Sara and The Barking Biscuit Co.
